Quality
It is the established policy of Digital IP to provide its customers with
products and services which comply in all respects with the agreed

known.
In the pursuance of this policy, the requirements of the International Standard
– BS EN ISO 9001:2008, have been implemented together with the requirements of
all applicable product realisation related, statutory and regulatory documents.
The purpose of the Quality Manual is to describe how this policy is implemented,
to give guidance to our employees whose actions can affect the quality of
product and services, and to illustrate the overall commitment to continual
improvement to quality within our company.
This manual, which is not intended as a stand alone document, is supported by
detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) Quality System Procedures (QP’s),
and where appropriate, by Work Instructions (WI’s), to form a set of working
documents which define or company’s product realisation activities.
The quality management system (including this policy) is maintained by audit and
review, and by the methods described in this manual in order to provide
effective assurance that all customer specified requirements are consistently
achieved.
Management will ensure that employees at appropriate levels are trained and
developed to understand, implement, and improve the quality objectives contained
in this policy document, and, further detailed in the company’s quality
management system, and, in the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives
which are defined and reviewed annually at the company’s management review
meeting.
We publish this manual in the knowledge that the quality of our products and
services and our ongoing reputation depend on the everyday action of our
employees.
I am wholly committed to this Quality Management System and it is the
responsibility of every individual employee of the company to ensure that the
task or operation he or she performs fully meets with the specified
requirements, before it is passed to the next stage of the business, or
processing cycle, or to our customers.
