As well as meeting the very strict quality requirements demanded by world class partners such as Microsoft, HP and Siemens we also hold ISO 9001:2000 approval. In addition, we are at an advanced stage of working towards achievement of ISO quality standards 18001 and 14001.

Similarly, we also recognise that the development of our people is something that goes hand in hand with continuous quality improvement. For that reason Digital IP is committed to staff development and we liaise closely with our manufacturers and suppliers to ensure that staff attain the highest standards of product knowledge, consultancy expertise, and product installation skills. Digital IP is also involved in a government supported Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Glasgow Caledonian University which enables us to access the academic, technical and management expertise available in the University as required.
